The Flambra panel brings together weekly position, level and recording sequence. These indicators help you track your activity, but they do not all represent the same type of gains. Know how to separate production, award and nomination.

What appears in the weekly rankings?
The capture sent to the portal shows a classification by hours, a highlight for the first three places and current ranking and last result tabs. There is also an area with the participant's own position and an objective of entering the Top 10.

These are the values from that record, not a permanent award table. Consult the current campaign to find out which hours count, when closing occurs and what is needed to receive payment. There is no need to reproduce the names or photos of other participants to understand the rule.
How to track closing
In the print there is a notice of closing at 7pm, accompanied by a countdown and reference to consulting the previous result for up to 48 hours. The word “tomorrow” depends on the date the screen was captured; do not use this text as a fixed calendar.
In practice, observe your cycle warning. If you record close to the end, check whether the result of the analysis is included in that classification or in the next period. The number of hours that appears on a screen may change when processing is complete.
A provisional position may also change when other participants have validated hours. Wait for the final result before considering an award as confirmed.
Level, sequence of days and daily average

The print shows a reference of five hours to advance from the initial stage. Don't turn this into a promise of extra payment: level progress, ranking and balance are different information. Check if there is a specific benefit and which rule authorizes it.
Use metrics to observe consistency and organization. They do not justify prolonging an activity, repeating a scene or recording in inappropriate conditions just to increase numbers.
Is recommending people the same thing as ranking?
No. Ranking compares results over a period. Referral follows people who enter by invitation and can follow its own bonus rule. The public presentation consulted announces R$2.50 per approved hour for nominees; confirm the current condition of your account before disclosing amounts.
The initial print has an area called Affiliates, but it does not show the complete rules for this modality. Therefore, check the rule available there, the validity of the bond and what generates a balance. Don’t assume compensation just for sharing a link or getting a sign-up.

Bonuses, support and Monday meeting
The information provided to the portal mentions bonuses every week, humanized support and a meeting on Mondays at 6pm with the CEO. Use the community to keep track of each cycle's announcement, meeting access, and current conditions.
A meeting can be useful to answer questions about the panel, quality and commercial tasks. Prepare objective questions: what is the review deadline, where does a refusal appear and how to check closure. This helps you make better use of the guidance.
For commercial opportunities, speak to an administrator before filming. A weekly incentive does not replace the authorization required to register an activity at work.
How to track results without counting on a prize
Plan your participation using only what has already been approved and the confirmed fee. If a bonus is awarded, record it separately. This division makes it easier to see how much came from your recordings and how much came from a campaign.
